Checklist before hiring and return procedures

Before you hire, use our pre hire checklist to confirm all details: verify event dates, confirm cast sizes and required sizes, check care instructions for delicate fabrics, and review what accessories and props are included. Ensure you have allocated time for fittings, agreement on delivery or pickup windows, and a plan for transporting costumes safely to and from rehearsal spaces or venues. On return, follow our return procedures to avoid delays or charges: repackage garments securely in garment bags, clean as required by the care label, and return accessories and any props together with the main outfits. Report any damage or missing components promptly to the wardrobe team so we can assess and resolve issues quickly. Late returns typically incur a daily late fee, and significant damage or loss may affect the security deposit. Keeping an organised checklist helps streamline the process for your team and ensures your production finishes on time and within budget.
